Terms of service
These terms cover use of the ClusterConnect website and the IT, telecoms, connectivity and managed services we agree in writing. They are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

The website
The pages on clusterconnect.co.uk describe our services. They are not themselves an offer to supply a particular configuration. A service starts when we confirm scope, price and term with you.
Services
Phone systems, connectivity, business mobile and managed IT are delivered as described in the proposal or order for your account. Published uptime targets apply where stated for a managed service. Planned changes are arranged to minimise disruption.
Your responsibilities
You provide accurate information about the systems and sites we are asked to support, keep credentials secure, and use the services within the law. You remain responsible for your own content and end-user behaviour.
Fees
Quoted prices exclude VAT. Invoices follow the plan we agree. Either of us can end a monthly service on the notice written into that agreement.
Liability
We do not limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise our liability in a contract year is limited to the fees you paid us for the affected service in that year.
